My first thought on fluoxetine was another GI bleed risk from SSRI. But despite that, starting on antidepressant without burning indication should always raise the question. My thought is , it also takes time for fluoxetine(proxy ) to fully work, and if you stop clopidogrel (Plavix) makes sens but for how long because we do not know what was the indication for Plavix. As you explain there would be some questions depending on your site of work, and of course information is critical . thanks Reply Sean says: February 8, 2016 at 10:51 pm You’re the man, Eric!
